Andy Dunn

Andy is an international coach, facilitator and consultant, working at the intersection of personal, team and culture-change programmes.

 

He has worked with over 5,000 CEOs, leaders, managers and students as their catalyst for sustainable growth and development. His global client portfolio includes adidas, Santander, Amazon Web Service, Dyson, Ricoh, Shelter and the Kering group – and he’s worked on programmes covering innovation, diversity and inclusion, mental wellbeing, resilience, and leadership development.

 

His mission is to empower people and organisations to lead with integrity and to care for the world around them. He wants to evoke within us all the drive to make a positive difference in the places we live and work.

 

As an accredited Human Synergistics consultant, Andy partners with clients to be their ally, champion and catalyst for positive change. His use of compelling evidence-based methods alongside a warm, creative and relationship-centred approach, makes Andy a highly sought-after partner. In addition to his coaching business, Andy is also an author, speaker, and the  founder of Creators Club, one of our partners.

 

His passions also include volunteering for a local homeless shelter, swing dancing and playing squash. Andy is originally from Newcastle and lives in London.
